The real estate market is constantly changing due to inventory levels, interest rates and the Minnesota seasons. I am a full-time Realtor representing both buyers and sellers. This keeps me at the forefont of current trends and helps me inform my clients of their best options.
I am an Associate Broker/Realtor and got into the business in 2002 because I was seeing friends and family going through real estate transactions feeling like they didn't understand what was going on or what options they had available to them. I've been through all types of real estate markets over the years and have developed a keen marketing sense.
